“LightboX” Directed by Franck Buzz (France) + Canberra Impro Theatre Challenge Finale

This is the impro event of the year, with performers competing throughout the festival to make tonight’s Grand Finale and become the Canberra Impro Challenge Maestro for 2017. Cheer the locals, marvel at the experts, be the judges, and most of all, laugh lots and lots and lots!

Before the Grand Finale, itself, comes a special treat. Franck Buzz was a lighting designer, before he became an internationally acclaimed improviser. In “LightboX”, he combines both arts, create a vivid selection of lighting states, to which improvisers respond. Remembered by all who have seen it, and performed across the globe, “LightboX” reimagines how we create spontaneous theatre.

Part of Improvention 2017; an international festival of unscripted theatre arts, with performers and directors from Sweden, France, Argentina, Slovenia, Japan, Finland, United Kingdom & Australia
