In Conversation: The Multiverse with Prof. Joe Hope
Sunday 23 July 3pm

Caroline Stacey, Artistic Director of The Street, talks to Joe Hope, professor of theoretical physics at the Australian National University, where he is the Deputy Director of Education in the Research School of Physics and Engineering.  Each year, he explains Everett’s interpretation of quantum mechanics, often called the many-universe theory, to a new batch of honours students. Suitably motivated by persistent questions, he occasionally attempts to replicate this at particularly interesting parties. Hope is ready to answer your questions about our elegant universe.
