National Opera 2026 Masterclass Series

Following on from the highly successful 2025 month of masterclasses event, National Opera is proud to be partnering with The Street Theatre for the National Opera 2026 Masterclass Series offering singers a unique opportunity to grow, explore, and be inspired in a supportive, artist-focused environment. Across the weekend, participants will delve into operatic technique, delivery and characterisation through personalised one-on-one sessions.

Each participant will work closely with Sonia Anfiloff, the company’s Artistic Director and acclaimed soprano, receiving up to an hour of tailored coaching. These sessions are designed to nurture both emerging voices and experienced performers, offering insight and refinement at every stage.

Participants are also encouraged to observe other sessions, fostering a collaborative atmosphere of shared learning. The experience culminates in a masterclass concert on 8 June, where all singers will perform. With free participation, this series provides an inspiring opportunity to develop your voice and artistry within the world of opera.
