We're thrilled to welcome Canberra's original microbrewer Zierholz into our foyer to quench your thirst in the evenings. You might know Zierholz from their mighty popular pop-up bar that appears at various locations across Canberra and now right here! Equally superbly drinkable beer brewed with loyal adherence to the German Beer Purity Law Reinheitsgebot anno 1516 is their hallmark.

Zierholz are open from 90 minutes before a show operating a bar cafe service with food, beer, wine and a selection of other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks on offer. Bringing their hand‑crafted local beer, bold flavours, and crowd‑favourite bites to add to your pre‑show ritual. 

The cafe during the daytime is still closed, but, The Street Theatre is open from 10am.
