The ever-popular Finale night for the public section of Improvention (now Canberra International Improv Festival), has never been better, this year commencing with a popular format by Flavien Reppert, ‘Random’, showcasing our outstanding international cast in a free-flowing, highly connected improvisation.

After interval, the greatest tradition of improvised theatre in Canberra; the Grand Finale of the major event on the yearly impro calendar and the international tournament of spontaneity that is The Canberra International Theatre Challenge. Winning Maestro competitors from Heats conducted throughout the week, and consisting of performers from every corner of the globe meet tonight to determine who is the overall Maestro of Canberra International Improv Festival. Cheer the locals, marvel at the experts, boo the judges, and most of all, laugh lots and lots and lots!
