The Petersens are an American roots music band celebrated for sharing the rich musical traditions of the Ozarks with audiences around the globe. Known for their tight harmonies, warm sibling humor, and authentic artistry, the band has captivated fans in Germany, the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States, and beyond.
In 2019, The Petersens rose to international prominence when their heartfelt YouTube videos went viral, amassing over 250 million views and earning a loyal global following.
The band consists of four siblings—Katie, Ellen, Matt, and Julianne—their mother, Karen, and honorary Petersen, Emmett Franz, whose dobro playing adds a unique and soulful dimension to their sound.
Based in Branson, Missouri, The Petersens perform have a full-time residency and have released nine music projects, including a gospel album, two Christmas albums, and collections of their most beloved YouTube covers.
With their upcoming tour, The Petersens are excited to bring the heart of the Ozarks to Australia, sharing their love of bluegrass and Americana music with new friends Down Under.
