Death’s Insta is the debut LP from Canberran singer/songwriter/producer Toby Graham's art pop alter-ego, Boroky.

The album aims to express the fracturing of reality and sense of bewilderment experienced by young Australians, as well as the importance of ethics in times of fear and doubt. Ultimately, Death’s Insta is a cry of hope for a better world.

Lyrically, it explores some of the stranger facets of what it means to be human, do good, be honest, love, have a mental illness, have sex and die, as well as a bunch of interesting facts about fish. Musically, the blend of influences that creates this special brand of art pop ranges from Renaissance choral music to the LA Beat Scene, introducing a variety of rhythm and harmony to the pop idiom in an attempt to make something deeply beautiful and fun.

Boroky will appear on stage with long-time band members Dan Rooney and Nic Dullow to bring you a strange and wonderfully immersive once-only performance experience.

Evan Buckley (The Burley Griffin) grew up in Canberra, homeschooled in a religious fundamentalist cult, and has since hitch hiked and toured through 37 American states, exorcising and befriending his demons along the way. His most recent US tour took place during the 2016 election and his newest songs reflect the absurdity of the American dream. With two records, and now a third on the way, The Burley Griffin has seen Evan's songs accompanied and interpreted by some of both Australia's and the USA's most intuitive musicians.
