WHAT IS UNDERSTANDING THE SHOWREEL
Understanding the Showreel is a course that includes industry advice, script analysis, character development, screen craft, rehearsals and shoot schedule.
Following attendance at this masterclass, you will walk away with a dynamic and high production ACT4REEL showreel.
Day One – Rehearsals for All
You will come to Day One prepared with two monologues/scenes that you would like to be cast in.
Day Two – Filming the Showreel
You must be willing to be ‘supporting cast’ for another actor and offer video testimonial for ACT4REEL.
ABOUT ACT4REEL
Director Ruth Pieloor is an independent theatre-maker and multidisciplinary artist, who is passionate about inspiring and encouraging other local artists to support one another. Ruth is the founding member of ACT4REEL - a bold new business whose mission is to showcase talent in the Canberra region.
