Remarkable for being an equally accomplished professional improviser, acrobat, musician, and human, Damström was an easy choice to lead a group of participating Festival improvisers through a four-session intensive to learn what she can share and to devise this performance together.

Without a word, the show will expose a physical wonderland to admire what the body can tell us; a magic world where people do abnormal things like walking on air and dancing with furniture.

Actors attending Jacintha’s intensive came in with nothing more than comfortable clothes and minds open to trying what they never thought they could do, but emerge in Psychedlic with acrobatics, dance and music, flowing together through the stories of their many different crazy, yet so very human, characters.
